Who we are
miametrix.io is run by Jorge Marrero, doing business as MiaMetrix, in Miami, Florida. Contact: [email protected].
The Playbook Caller app (theplaybookcaller.com) has its own privacy policy. This notice covers miametrix.io, including The Playbook Caller page at miametrix.io/playbook-caller/.
What we collect
When you use the contact form: what you need, your name, email, organization, phone (optional), your message, and which page of this site you sent it from.
When you use the feedback form on The Playbook Caller page: your name, email, role, team, an optional rating, your feedback and the page language.
If you write to us or call, we receive what you send us.
How we use it
Only to reply to you, hold the call you asked for, prepare a quote, and read and act on product feedback. We don’t sell it, and we don’t add you to a mailing list.
Who processes it for us
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Form messages are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email service. Both process data on our behalf, and Cloudflare handles technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and loads no advertising or social trackers. The Playbook Caller page remembers your language choice in your browser’s storage; that is not sent to us. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without following you across other sites.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to answer you and quote, and for our business records.
Your choices
Write to [email protected] to see, correct or delete what you sent us.
Children
This site is for adults acting for themselves or an organization. Please don’t send us information about a child through the form.
Changes
If this notice changes, we update it here and change the date at the top.
